The whole experience I had with Chargebee was good. But, I didn’t like their customer service. They keep you hanging with the issue and never give a proper resolution. My query was about my subscription solution, they could help me with the same in one go. However, they chose not to resolve the issue quickly. I feel they can improve their customer service by training the agents well, as this can help us customers a lot.
